Monday-Friday Step Up. Snap In. Ship Out. It's time to get on the line. We're hiring Filter Room Technicians to keep the machines humming and the orders rolling out. If you've got the grit to handle a fast-moving factory floor, we've got steady work and solid pay waiting.

Requirements:

Perform repetitive, detail-oriented assembly work in a manufacturing environment. Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills are required. Ability to lift to 20 pounds as needed. Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Work in a fast-paced production setting focused on quality and efficiency.

Job Duties:

Assemble irrigation filters and components according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and production documentation. Perform detailed inspections to ensure product quality, accuracy, and consistency. Test completed filters to verify proper functionality and performance standards. Identify, document, and report defective materials, parts, or finished products. Maintain accurate production records and quality documentation. Follow all company safety procedures, GMPs, and workplace policies. Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards. Meet daily production goals while maintaining strict quality standards. Assist with additional production and assembly tasks as assigned.
