Schedule Starting Hourly Pay:
$21/hour

Position Overview:
As a Machine Operator, you'll help power our production process from start to finish. You'll operate equipment, maintain product quality, and ensure production runs safely and efficiently. This role combines technical skill, problem-solving, and teamwork. You'll be actively involved in keeping operations moving while contributing to the production of high-quality products our customers trust. In this role, you will: Operate and oversee production and packaging equipment Monitor machine performance and make operational adjustments Identify and address equipment or process issues Complete quality inspections and food safety checks Maintain accurate production records and documentation Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate production updates and important information between shifts Every shift brings new challenges and opportunities to learn, making this an excellent role for individuals who enjoy staying engaged and continuously developing their skills.
A Typical Day Might Include:
You arrive ready to start the shift by reviewing production goals and receiving updates from the outgoing team. As production gets underway, you'll monitor equipment, inspect product quality, make adjustments when needed, and work alongside teammates to keep operations running efficiently. Throughout the shift, you'll troubleshoot issues, maintain safety and quality standards, and help ensure production targets are met. By the end of the day, you'll see the direct results of your efforts as finished products move through the facility and toward customers.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
Must be able to read, write, and understand English to perform job duties effectively and safely.
Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment preferred. Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret production schedules, SOPs, and safety documents. Basic math and computer/data entry skills. Strong attention to detail, with focus on quality and accuracy.
