The Day-to-Day:

Set up, operate, and monitor multi-head embroidery machines to ensure efficient and accurate production. Select appropriate fabrics, threads, needles, and stabilizers for each project. Digitize artwork and convert digital or hand-drawn designs into machine-readable embroidery files. Maintain quality control by inspecting finished products to ensure alignment with design specifications and company standards. Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance to keep equipment in peak condition. Identify and resolve issues related to machine operation or design output to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working with 6-head or 13-head embroidery machines. Proficient in using embroidery software and comfortable operating computerized machinery. Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour

Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30
