Description:
Several growing companies in Avondale, AZ are hiring Machine Operators ! Multiple shift schedules available, based on role and location . Join established manufacturing teams in modern, climate-controlled facilities offering competitive pay, attendance and production bonuses, and opportunities for long-term advancement.
Essential Duties:
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery Adjust machine settings such as speed, temperature, dimensions, and tools for optimal performance Perform equipment changeovers, including dies, programs, blades, and cutters Monitor product quality and report any issues Track production output and assist with machine setup
Successful Candidates Must Have:
At least 1 year of machine operating experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
