We are looking for someone dependable, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This is a blue-collar shop position for someone who takes pride in showing up, working hard, learning new skills, and being part of a production team. Main Duties Responsibilities include setup and operation of: Band saws Cold saws Basic layout and measurement of raw materials Material preparation for secondary operations General shop and production support Prepping parts for powder coating as needed With the right work ethic, aptitude, and willingness to learn, this position may also include training on: CNC vertical machining centers CNC turning centers CNC press brakes Additional fabrication and production equipment

Requirements:
