Socket Pin Assembly

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Socket Pin Assembly Technician to join the team at a Semiconductor Plant in Chandler, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in assembling electronic components. The Socket Pin Assembly Technician will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet quality standards and are assembled efficiently. Schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm, with a possible second shift opening as well.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Socket Pinning Prepare Parts for Assembly Assembly of Microchips Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualification Requirement:

On sight training provided. Excellent attention to detail. Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Well organized and able to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently. Ability to work overtime when required Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability. Soldering Experience Required (Prior or Current Certification would be preferred)

Physical Requirement:

Good eyesight, very small parts are used Ability to sit or stand for a long period of time Able to lift and move up to 35 pounds occasionally
