Full Job Description Overview:
Responsible for accurately packaging iced coffee products for distribution. Ensures product quality, weight accuracy, labeling compliance, and efficient line operation. Works as part of the production team in a fast-paced Coffee beverage manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor packaging lines (bags, bottles, cans, kegs or single-serve formats) for iced coffee products.
- Inspect products for quality issues; remove rejected items and document non
- conforming lots.
- Verify correct packaging formats, lot codes, expiration dates, and labels according to standard operating procedures.
- Weigh, count, and track finished goods using standard equipment and systems.
- Load and unload packaging materials (cases, bags, bottles, cans, kegs, labels, packaging film) and keep work area stocked and organized.
- Perform line changeovers, minor adjustments, and start-up/shut-down procedures between products.
- Maintain accurate production records, including run reports, scrap, and downtime.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work area to meet hygiene and safety standards.
- Follow safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervision promptly.
- Assist with basic line maintenance and routine preventive maintenance activities as trained.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a beverage packaging environment or manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds; perform repetitive motions.
- Basic math and measurement skills; ability to read labels and production documentation.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights or weekends, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automated packaging lines or bottling equipment.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety standards.
- Basic computer skills for data capture and line logs.

- Lifting up to 50 pounds; occasional heavy lifting with team assist.
