What You'll Do As a Saw Operator at Hall of Frames, you'll play a critical role in our production process. Your precision and attention to detail will ensure that every piece of moulding and material is cut accurately, safely, and on time. No two days are the same, and your skills will directly impact the quality of our products and customer satisfaction.

Operate & Maintain Equipment:

Operate table saws, miter saws, and other cutting machinery to cut moulding and framing materials to exact measurements. Perform routine maintenance and calibration to ensure safe, consistent operation.

Read & Follow Work Orders:

Interpret work orders, drawings, and measurements to guarantee accuracy of cuts.

Safety First:

Conduct daily safety checks, follow company safety guidelines, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with production and warehouse teams to meet deadlines and customer needs. Assist in moving, loading, and unloading materials as needed.

Monitor Materials:

Track raw material inventory and report shortages or issues promptly.

Report Issues:

Identify and communicate equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to the Production Manager. What We're Looking For Experience (Preferred): Prior experience operating saws or woodworking machinery is a plus (training will be provided).
