    As a Lead Cleaning Technician, you are the face of McScrubs quality. You'll use our proven, streamlined processes to clean residential homes to a consistently high standard across the East Valley. Our iPad-based workflow keeps you organized and efficient so you can focus on what you do best — delivering results clients love.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of professional cleaning experience Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times Ability to manage time efficiently across multiple jobs per day Comfortable using a tablet (iPad) for scheduling and job tracking Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be authorized to work in the United States
