• High School Diploma.
• 1-year experience in Set-up of SMT components on feeders.
• Knowledge of Juki equipment a plus.
• Ability to interpret Engineering documentation & work instruction.
• Ability to set-up all types of feeders based on SMT set-up sheet.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong attention to detail, organized, & computer literate.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
• Load proper parts into machine.
• Adjust, set-up, and operate machines when shorthanded.
• Ability to read and comprehend English.
• Must be willing to work overtime when required.

Work Environment:

The work environment is typical of a manufacturing setting where hazardous materials may be present. Security investigations may be conducted to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and/or work areas.
