Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your expertise in mechanical systems, precision measurement, and manufacturing processes will ensure that production runs smoothly and meets strict quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment where safety, accuracy, and productivity are paramount. Responsibilities Operate a range of machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CAM programming tools to produce precision components. Set up and calibrate equipment using technical drawings, blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and CAD files to ensure accurate manufacturing. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and Fanuc controls to manage automated processes efficiently. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments on machinery to minimize downtime and optimize performance. Conduct quality control inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and adherence to specifications. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment; assist with fabrication, assembly line tasks, and packaging as needed. Follow safety protocols diligently, maintain a clean work environment, and document production activities accurately in logs and reports. Experience Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience operating CNC machines, stamping presses, or similar equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in machining, fabrication, welding, or tooling setup. Familiarity with blueprint reading, GD&T standards, CAD software such as SolidWorks or similar design tools. Experience with CNC programming (including CAM programming), CNC programming languages, and troubleshooting Fanuc or other PLC systems. Ability to use hand tools effectively for assembly or fabrication tasks; experience with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Knowledge of materials handling procedures using forklifts or warehouse equipment; previous warehouse experience is a plus. Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to manufacturing processes. Join our team if you're passionate about manufacturing excellence!
