Weekly pay starting at $18.97

As a Machine Operator, you will operate production machines in a fast-paced environment, including loading/unloading products, completing machine setups and tooling changes, and making minor adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency. You will inspect products for defects, troubleshoot basic equipment issues, and report concerns to the appropriate team members. Responsibilities also include maintaining materials and tools at your workstation, meeting production goals, and accurately recording quality and production data in systems such as SAP, MES, and Go-Canvas. The role requires teamwork, flexibility to perform multiple production tasks, and the ability to operate more than one machine at a time. Machine Operators must have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should possess basic computer and math skills, be able to read and understand English work instructions and safety procedures and have experience using powered and pneumatic hand tools. The role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume production environment. Employees must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed, stand for 8-10+ hours per shift, perform frequent physical movement, occasionally lift up to 40 lbs., and follow all safety procedures, including wearing safety glasses.
