Job Description

Adecco is hiring immediately for
  • Manufacturing Associates
  • in Carlsbad, CA. In this role, you will take measurements and follow instructions to assemble parts to client specifications.
  • Media Operator
  • is responsible for media blasting parts per the job sheet requirements and\or supplied drawings. Parts are to be media blasted at a high quality with all powder removed and must meet Finishing Department expectations.
  • Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Requirements:
  • + Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions + Ability to stand for an entire shift and walk around the warehouse + At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work closely with the MJF Post-Process Lead and the Finishing department.
  • Perform work instructions as detailed on the job sheet.
  • Compare actual part to job sheet/drawing to verify existence of features.
  • Visually inspect parts for defects.
  • Ensure equipment is performing well and media levels are kept full and changed out per standards
  • Reject any parts that cannot meet the customer's needs.
  • Notify the MJF Post-Process Lead of any questionable parts.
  • Maintain a safe work environment.
  • Promote a positive work environment.
  • Assist in various stages of production as needed.
  • Other duties, tasks, and responsibilities that may be assigned at any time.
  • EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Ability to read, understand, and execute work per detailed job instructions.
  • Excellent hand coordination.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a team.
  • Multitasking ability.
  • Able to accomplish tasks without constant supervision.
