COPY LINK link Adecco is hiring immediately for Manufacturing Associates in Carlsbad, CA. In this role, you will take measurements and follow instructions to assemble parts to client specifications. Media Operator is responsible for media blasting parts per the job sheet requirements and\or supplied drawings. Parts are to be media blasted at a high quality with all powder removed and must meet Finishing Department expectations.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Requirements:

Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to stand for an entire shift and walk around the warehouse At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the MJF Post-Process Lead and the Finishing department.
• Perform work instructions as detailed on the job sheet.
• Compare actual part to job sheet/drawing to verify existence of features.
• Visually inspect parts for defects.
• Ensure equipment is performing well and media levels are kept full and changed out per standards
• Reject any parts that cannot meet the customer's needs.
• Notify the MJF Post-Process Lead of any questionable parts.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Promote a positive work environment.
• Assist in various stages of production as needed.
• Other duties, tasks, and responsibilities that may be assigned at any time.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and execute work per detailed job instructions.
• Excellent hand coordination.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solidanizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills.
• Ability to work with a team.
• Multitasking ability.
• Able to aplish tasks without constant supervision.

Pay Details:
