Machine Adjuster Pay/Schedule:
Starting at $25/hr or higher depending on experience 2nd shift premium $.70/hr / 2pm- 10pm 3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 10pm
- 6am Training may be required on 1st shift
- 6am•2pm
Schedule:
Mon- Fri / Sat required during busy season/based on business needs.
Machine Adjuster Responsibilities & Daily Duties:
Sets up and adjusts various types of converting equipment for safe and efficient operation. Machine set up, troubleshooting, changeovers, size-changes, preventive maintenance Assists with training and provides coverage/overtime as needed Examines product to ensure quality process is followed; Minimizes waste. Compliance with safety rules and regulations Other duties and assignments as required.Machine Adjuster Requirements/Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 5 years direct envelope experience. Advanced mechanical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Basic math skills and the ability to accurately read a ruler; basic computer skills. Flexibility required with machine assignment. Machine Adjuster Physical Requirements & Work Environment- Regular standing, walking, carrying, climbing, reaching, bending, stooping.
