Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Filler Operator, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and precise filling of products in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment, uphold strict safety and cleanliness standards, and contribute to the production of high-quality goods. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help maintain seamless operations and uphold our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Operate filling machinery with precision, ensuring accurate dosage and consistent product quality Monitor production lines to identify and resolve any mechanical issues promptly, utilizing mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills Conduct quality control checks throughout the filling process to meet FDA regulations, CGMP standards, and company specifications Handle materials safely using warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other materials handling tools Maintain a cleanroom environment by adhering to sanitation and sanitation protocols, ensuring compliance with all cleanliness standards Assist with packaging operations, including sealing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment Perform routine inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with manufacturing standards Qualifications Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is highly preferred Knowledge of forklift operation, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment is essential Familiarity with quality control procedures and FDA regulations related to manufacturing processes Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and record keeping Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues quickly Experience working in cleanroom settings or environments requiring strict sanitation protocols is a plus Strong understanding of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and materials handling procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects safely, and performing routine sanitation tasks Join us in delivering top-quality products through your expertise in filling operations! Up to $17.90 per hour
