- Hiring Now Cenveo | City of Industry, CA The Machine Adjuster Trainee role is a hands on developmental position that prepares mechanically skilled individuals to advance into a full Machine Adjuster role. Pay & Schedule $21/hr or higher depending on experience + applicable shift premiums Training is on 1st shift: 6am
- 2pm 2nd shift premium $0.70/hr / 2pm
- 10-pm 3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 10pm
- 6am Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as needed What You'll Do Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers Support repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues Monitor quality and machine performance Perform required maintenance and follow all safety procedures What You Need 3-4 years mechanical aptitude/experience Strong attention to detail and safety Basic math and computer skills Reliable and eager to learn Physical Requirements Standing, bending, lifting up to 55 lbs Work around machinery, noise, inks, solvents
