Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Machine Operator to join our team in City of Industry, CA. This individual will be responsible for operating bag-making machines to produce high-quality paper bags in accordance with safety guidelines, production schedules, setup instructions, operating procedures, and quality specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and a commitment to safety, quality, and production efficiency. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $21.28/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Full time schedule, 12-hour shifts, overtime as needed Located in City of Industry, CA Duties and Responsibilities Set up and operate bag-making machines and related support equipment Convert paper materials into finished bag products Read and verify order sheets and job specifications Perform quality checks on finished products Ensure compliance with safety procedures, GMPs, and food safety standards Complete daily production and operational paperwork Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Support production efficiency and machine uptime Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Must be eligible to work in the United States Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts Ability to work overtime as needed Ability to complete required training programs Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation — (Salary range based on experience) —
