Monday to Friday 2nd shift: 1:00pm•10:00pm Pay rate: $18.00•$19.00 Job description: 1. Employees must make sure he/she is using proper protective equipment. Slip resistant shoes Ear plugs 2. Help assemble the line completely, including bringing in the product, cases of sauce and other materials that will be needed to pack. 3. Set up the Omori a. Do a visual inspection of the Omori to make sure there are no deficiencies or broken parts Turn the Omori line on and let it run for a few seconds to test that its running properly Test the emergency stop to make sure it works. Manually feed the fil on the bottom of the unit Set the video jet date to the date need by typing it on the Linx Machine Manually jog the start the machine to slowly feed the film to the top where product will be placed before entering the sealing part Pre-heat the seals to 170ºc v. test run some product to make sure all seals are sealing correctly. 4 Start the machine Carefully start inserting film on machines. Do not stick your hands in part of the Omori where you not supposed to Use caution at all time to prevent any accident
