Shift Schedule Monday-Friday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Job Summary We are seeking a safety-focused and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment and possess strong mechanical aptitude. This role requires someone who can follow standard operating procedures, maintain quality standards, communicate equipment issues effectively, and adapt to changing production demands. Responsibilities Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot equipment and report downtime or operational concerns Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines Maintain quality and production standards Document production and equipment issues accurately Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Adapt to changing production needs and priorities Qualifications Previous manufacturing or automation experience preferred Experience in packaging, cosmetics, consumer goods, or automated production environments is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Eagerness to learn and grow within a startup-style operational culture.
