Washfloor Operator Industrial Laundry | Full-Time | MondayFridayPrudential Overall Supply is hiring a Washfloor Operator to support our industrial laundry operations. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role working with large-scale washing equipment and heavy loads in a fast-paced production environment.

This is a full-time, non-seasonal position with consistent weekday hours. No prior washfloor experience requiredwe provide hands-on training.

What Youll DoLoad and unload industrial washing machines with heavy, wet garments and textilesHandle large sling loads following proper weight and wash formulasOperate washers according to established processing sequencesPush, pull, and move loaded carts and materials throughout the washfloorMonitor chemical/detergent levels and report issuesIdentify and report equipment malfunctionsTransport washed items to the next production stageComplete production tracking and basic documentationMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all safety, HACCP, and company proceduresPhysical Requirements (Important)Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy loads regularlyContinuous standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shiftWork in a hot, humid, and fast-paced industrial environmentAbility to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasksWhat Were Looking ForStrong work ethic and willingness to perform hands-on, physical laborAbility to follow processes and safety guidelinesReliable attendance and punctualityTeam-oriented attitudeMust be 18+ years oldReliable transportationWhy Join Prudential?
