Job Description

Essential Functions:
This position is responsible for: Approaching work with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset, and engaging in Producers Dairy Mission Statement to identify, value, prioritize, resource and sustain improvement opportunities Owning and promoting a Safety Culture by ensuring a safe work environment and promoting proper safety behavior Excellent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this positon Maintain quality standards for all products packaged using good manufacturing practices Maintain highest efficiency possible based on standards set by company policy Maintain proper weights, code dates, quantity ordered, top and bottom leak detection check, and gable seal checks on all products bottled Taste all products to be bottled prior to starting that run for good, clean flavor Sanitize filler every 30 minutes Check butterfat of all white milk products prior to run Maintain accurate records of all production run time, weight, downtime, temperature of products run, and packaging material dumped Maintains professional and appropriate dress, hygiene and personal appearance Other responsibilities as assigned
