Full‑Time Job Overview We are seeking an SMT Operator to support our electronics manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor equipment on an SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production line, including inspection of electronic assemblies using Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems. Candidates with prior SMT or manufacturing experience are strongly preferred. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in electronics manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Operate and support SMT production line equipment Inspect SMT electronic assemblies using AOI equipment Identify and communicate defects to operators and supervisors Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge), board handling, and MSD procedures Verify workmanship and process compliance per work instructions Support ISO, quality standards, and 6S/Lean initiatives Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Basic computer skills Ability to perform repetitive, detail‑oriented work Ability to stand or sit for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Prior SMT and/or electronics manufacturing experience required All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
