Fullerton, CA Job Details Full-time $21 - $24 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Filler Machine operation Full Job Description Tube Filling Line Operator-Fullerton, CA 5am-1:30pm $21-$24/hr Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate and monitor tube filling machinery and supporting equipment efficiently and safely. Follow Production Work Orders and ensure all required components and materials are available for the line. Maintain line performance and labor efficiencies according to established production standards. Issue components and accurately report production data. Follow all food safety, GMP, and occupational safety procedures and policies. Report machine malfunctions, breakdowns, or operational concerns to Manufacturing Supervisor and Maintenance teams. Assist Maintenance personnel in troubleshooting and repair activities as needed. Perform line cleaning, startup, shutdown, changeovers, and line clearance procedures. Coordinate and delegate tasks to packers during production startup, changeovers, and sanitation activities. Conduct in-line quality checks including fill weights, package integrity, seal integrity, lot codes, and expiration date verification. Complete all required production and quality documentation accurately and timely. Support implementation of new manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies. Maintain a positive and professional work environment while promoting accountability and teamwork. Cross-train and operate additional production equipment as needed during seasonal or operational demands.
