Production Technician Hawthorne, CA Full-Time Pay:
Based on Experience We are seeking an experienced Large Format Printer Operator / Production Technician to join our growing production team in Hawthorne, CA. Our company specializes in commercial vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, signage, experiential marketing builds, and custom branded projects. We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in large format print production and vinyl preparation. Responsibilities Operate large format printers including HP Latex, Roland, and Mimaki Flatbed UV printers Operate laminators, plotters, and print finishing equipment Print, laminate, trim, weed, and prepare vinyl graphics for installation Prepare wrap panels and graphics for vehicle wrap installers Assist with signage production and fabrication Mount prints to substrates including PVC, acrylic, aluminum composite, foam board, and more Maintain print quality, color consistency, and production accuracy Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printers and equipment Keep production areas clean, organized, and efficient Assist with inventory and material organization Qualifications Previous experience operating large format printers required Experience with HP Latex, Roland, and/or Mimaki printers preferred Familiarity with vinyl wrap materials, laminates, and signage substrates Experience with RIP software such as Flexi, Onyx, VersaWorks, or similar Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Ability to lift large print rolls and materials as needed Preferred Experience Vehicle wrap production Sign fabrication and assembly Flatbed UV printing CNC, laser cutter, or fabrication experience is a plus Schedule Monday-Friday Day Shift Work Location In Person - Hawthorne, CA To Apply Please send your resume and any relevant portfolio photos or examples of previous work.
