Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator / Production Associate to join a fast-paced metal processing and distribution environment. This role involves working with heavy machinery and supporting production operations to ensure quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment Assist with cutting, grinding, and milling processes Measure materials accurately using tape measures and calipers Perform quality checks to ensure product meets specifications Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures andpany guidelines Support additional warehouse or production duties as needed Qualifications Previous experience as a machine operator or working with heavy equipment preferred Ability to read and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers) strongly preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Benefits 401(k) withpany matching Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Parental Leave Referral Program Retirement Plan

Pay Details:
