Job Summary:

TeamQuest Staffing is hiring Assemblers to support the assembly of pultruded components in the Production WIP Assembly area. This role may also assist with final assembly and packaging of finished products and requires a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Read and follow assembly instructions, work processes, and operating guidelines.

pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Inspect products throughout each stage of the process for defects and complete rework as needed to meet quality standards.

pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Read and interpret engineering specification drawings related to the assembly process.

pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Assist with removing product, machine attachments, and waste materials from equipment.

pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

p]:

pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Report problems, discrepancies, and production concerns to the Process Technician or Supervisor in a timely manner.

pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Support multiple WIP assembly operations and assist in final packaging or other areas as needed.
