As a Hand Packaging Operator, you'll support essential packaging processes, contribute to maintaining compliance with industry standards, and help ensure our products meet the highest quality benchmarks. You'll collaborate closely with a committed team to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently each day. What You'll Do As a 2nd Shift Hand Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for: Completing gowning and sterilization training to uphold sterile conditions within the clean room environment. Operating, assembling, and disassembling packaging machinery to meet daily production goals. Inspecting labels and finished products to verify quality and compliance standards. Manually labeling and packaging products when automated systems are not in use or troubleshooting is needed. Accurately documenting all packaging activities and updating batch records accordingly. Properly labeling and disposing of hazardous waste generated during operation in accordance with safety protocols. Assisting team members with general manufacturing and packaging tasks to support overall productivity. Maintaining organized workspaces and ensuring cleanliness of packaging equipment to adhere to GMP, SOP, and ISO standards. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: A High School Diploma or GED. Previous experience working in a clean room environment, preferably within pharmaceutical manufacturing. Knowledge of packaging procedures, safety protocols, and sterile handling techniques. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to work effectively within a team and troubleshoot issues proactively. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
