Part 111 . You'll handle setup, in-process testing, batch documentation, changeovers/line clearance, and collaborate with QA/Maintenance to meet output, quality, and safety targets. What you'll do Equipment setup & run (Capsule & Tablet)

Capsule:

set speed, fill weight, vacuum/negative pressure, powder level; first-article check.

Tablet:

install/align B/D tooling ; set target weight, pre-compression/main compression, turret speed. In-process control & documentation Perform checks (weight variation, hardness, friability/appearance), record results in Batch Records (BR) , follow SOPs. Execute changeovers and line clearance ; complete dry/wet cleaning and obtain QA sign-off. Troubleshooting & quality Resolve capsule bridging/over-underfill/body-cap separation; tablet sticking/picking, capping/lamination, black spots. Escalate deviations, support CAPA inputs, maintain data integrity and traceability. Safety & collaboration Follow

Tablet:

Fette, Korsch, Manesty, Sejong, Cadmach ; basic tooling care/troubleshooting. Familiar with upstream/downstream (granulation, sieving, blending, coating).
