We proudly serve the aerospace, medical, industrial, and space industries with a commitment to innovation, manufacturing excellence, and superior customer service. As a Production Associate supporting grinding operations at Sierra Alloys , you'll help keep production moving safely and efficiently. This is an entry-level, hands-on role that supports grinders by staging material, removing scrap, and performing basic finishing work to meet quality standards. You'll work closely with operators and leads to keep work areas organized, material flowing, and processes running smoothly. Your role is essential to safety, quality, and productivity. This position is ideal for someone looking to get started in manufacturing and build skills over time. Grinding is a critical finishing step. Production Associates ensure operators can stay focused on precision work by keeping material organized, scrap cleared, and standards maintained—helping prevent delays and rework. This is physical, repetitive work in an active manufacturing environment that may include extreme heat, noise and dust. You'll be on your feet, following safety procedures, and expected to maintain consistency and attention to detail every shift. It's worth it because this role is a strong starting point.
