Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Shrink Wrap Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating shrink wrap machinery to securely package products, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, familiarity with packaging procedures, and experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, which may involve exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental factors. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our production goals while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Key Responsabilities Set up, operate, and feed materials into shrink-wrap machines and heat tunnels. Inspect wrapped products to ensure high-quality seals and correct labeling. Perform basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting. Stack, palletize, and stage finished goods for warehouse storage or shipping. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or packaging machine operation is a plus. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and safety-minded attitude.
