  • 6:30pm (3x12hours) Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Technician to join our manufacturing team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packaged efficiently and in compliance with industry standards. This position requires a strong understanding of packaging processes, FDA regulations, and CGMP practices, as well as hands-on experience with various tools and machinery. Duties Operate and maintain packaging machinery, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards. Assemble packaging components according to specifications, ensuring quality control throughout the process. Collaborate with team members to streamline packaging operations and improve efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of packaged products to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for monitoring and controlling packaging processes. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise. Safely operate forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse environment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively. Familiarity with packaging processes and equipment is essential. Knowledge of FDA regulations and CGMP practices is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Must be able to lift and move materials as required for packaging tasks.
