Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Print Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials for various applications, including print advertising, packaging, and promotional items. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of print processes, color management, and prepress techniques, ensuring that each project meets exact specifications and quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative printing solutions in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence.
Position:
Temp to hire $20-$25 DOE Monday- Friday 5am start must be open to OT and weekends
Lodi Responsibilities Include:
Setup, monitor, and operate digital printing and finishing machines Prepare press-ready files using Illustrator, RIP, and press software Review job tickets, proofs, customer samples, and production specifications Monitor print quality including color, alignment, density, and registration Load materials and adjust machines based on material type and thickness Maintain daily production, ink usage, and customer production records Perform preventative maintenance and routine service on equipment Ensure materials and consumables are available for production Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Experience with digital printing and finishing equipment preferred Knowledge of color management and production processes Experience with Illustrator, manufacturing software, and Microsoft Office Familiarity with tools such as calipers, scales, spectrophotometers, and densitometers Strong math, measuring, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with strong communication and listening skills Ability to read and understand English Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods If you are dependable, mechanically inclined, and thrive in a production environment, apply today to join our growing team.
