Machine Operator Glass House Brands, Inc. - 1.5 Lompoc, CA Job Details Full-time $19 - $20 an hour 19 hours ago Qualifications Mechanical blueprint interpretation High school diploma or GED Mechanical drawings Power tools Hand tools Full Job Description Summary Machine Operator is responsible for all machine-specific functions, configuring, loading, operating, optimizing, different types of machines in the production space. Machine operator is also responsible for maintaining proper documentation on all preventive maintenance done to the equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Follows all safety, quality, GDP, and GMP Protocols. Calibrates machines before production starts. Ensures machines are regularly checked and cleaned. Monitor and control the machine performance and settings. Regularly conducts tests of machine's performance and operating capacity. Inspect machinery with appropriate tools. Feed raw materials into semi-automated machines and assists the assembly line. Fix any issues or malfunctions that may occur. Check the output of the machines and troubleshoot when needed. Maintain an updated database on all the machine's information, defective units, and final products. Maintain a preventive maintenance log and any actions against the machine. Performs work in quality fashion. Use required PPE per OSHA regulations Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience High or GED required Requires 2 years of related experience Experience in working in the cannabis industry, or alternatively, in a highly regulated CPG/F&B industry Experience with Cannabis related equipment Required:
Must be 21+ years old. Experience using hand and electrical tools Ability to read technical manuals and drawings Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision, able to work independently and in a team environment This position requires a 40-hour minimum work week Flexible availability for work hours. Willingness to work weekends.
