This role is hands-on, detail-driven, and central to how we deliver quality fabricated components for signage and ATM-related programs across the country. You'll be operating our 3K Laguna CNC laser cutting steel and aluminum up to ¾" thick — and playing a key role in keeping production moving efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities Operate the 3K Laguna CNC laser cutter on steel and aluminum materials up to ¾" thick Set up and prepare files for cutting using CAD/CAM or related software Perform material handling — loading, unloading, and organizing stock Execute finishing work on cut parts including deburring, cleaning, and quality inspection Assist with routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting Follow documented production standards and quality checks Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area Preferred Experience 1-2 years minimum experience operating a CNC laser cutter or similar fabrication equipment Hands-on experience cutting steel and aluminum Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or cut files Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced shop environment Reliable, punctual, and accountable Willingness to learn and grow as our production operation scales What You Can Expect Exposure to national multi-site fabrication programs Structured production systems and clearly defined processes Opportunity to grow into advanced fabrication or leadership roles Stable, growing company with expanding in-house capabilities Hands-on work with professional-grade equipment in a real shop environment
