We are looking for reliable, hardworking associates with previous experience working in industrial bakeries, food manufacturing, or large-scale production environments. This position is responsible for accurately mixing ingredients, following recipes, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily production operations. Candidates must be flexible and available to work weekends, as scheduled days off will be during the week. Job Type Full-time Location Los Angeles, CA 90016 Available Shifts 9:00 AM Shift 11:00 AM Shift Responsibilities Prepare and mix ingredients according to production formulas and recipes. Operate industrial mixing equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor ingredient measurements and batch consistency. Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area. Inspect raw materials and report any quality concerns. Follow all food safety, GMP, and company procedures. Assist with production setup, changeovers, and cleanup. Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure product consistency. Qualifications Previous experience as a Mixer in an industrial bakery, food manufacturing, or production environment required. Ability to accurately follow recipes, formulas, and production instructions. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to lift, push, and pull materials throughout the shift. Ability to stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
