We support critical aircraft systems with components and services that meet the highest industry standards. The Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Wire Harness Assembler to join our team. In this role, you'll build and inspect wire harnesses that are essential to aircraft performance and safety. Your work will directly contribute to reliable, mission-critical systems. What You'll Do Assemble wire harnesses to engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards Perform precision measurements using tools such as calipers and ohmmeters Solder and terminate connections in compliance with IPC standards (IPC-A-610 preferred) Fabricate and prep components to support assembly processes Conduct quality inspections to ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot issues and improve processes What We're Looking For Experience in electrical or wire harness assembly (aerospace experience is a plus) Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings/schematics Solid soldering skills; IPC certification is preferred Familiarity with PCB assembly or surface mount technology is a plus High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us Competitive pay (based on experience) 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Opportunity to work on high-impact aerospace projects
