Machine Operator Trainee

Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor machines used in the production process under the supervision of senior operators. Perform routine checks on machines and equipment to ensure proper functioning. Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues to the team lead or supervisor. Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and changing machine parts. Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and downtime. Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for machine operation. Serves as a support to team members to meet daily production goals and maintain a smooth workflow. Essential skills include:

1-3 years years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle minor troubleshooting tasks. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods. Be able to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive motion duties.
