This is a temp-to-hire night shift position paying $20.00/hr, with overtime available daily and weekend availability required. In this role, you will operate casting machines to produce vinyl films and set up, clean, and monitor wet-end equipment including coating heads, pumps, and filters. This is a long-term placement opportunity with a manufacturer that produces commercial vinyl films and graphics.

Manufacturing Plant / Factory Responsibilities Set up mixers, pump, tote, hose, liner, and adhesive components according to work order requirements before each production run. Identify coating defects on vinyl film and take corrective action to eliminate them. Monitor process and equipment conditions throughout production and adjust settings as needed. Handle hazardous waste following facility procedures and safety protocols. Adhere to all safety guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment. Follow grooming standards required for the production environment, including no facial hair. Minimum Requirements 6+ months of machine operator or general labor experience in a manufacturing environment. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating coating, laminating, or casting machinery. Familiarity with wet-end equipment such as coating heads, pumps, or filtration systems. Experience identifying and correcting product defects during a production run. Background in plastics, films, adhesives, or chemical manufacturing. Experience reading and following work orders in a production setting. Ability to tolerate strong industrial odors produced during the vinyl manufacturing process.
