Manufacturing Plant / Factory Responsibilities Set up mixers, pump, tote, hose, liner, and adhesive components according to work order requirements before each production run. Identify coating defects on vinyl film and take corrective action to eliminate them. Monitor process and equipment conditions throughout production and adjust settings as needed. Handle hazardous waste following facility procedures and safety protocols. Adhere to all safety guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment. Follow grooming standards required for the production environment, including no facial hair. Minimum Requirements 6+ months of machine operator or general labor experience in a manufacturing environment. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating coating, laminating, or casting machinery. Familiarity with wet-end equipment such as coating heads, pumps, or filtration systems. Experience identifying and correcting product defects during a production run. Background in plastics, films, adhesives, or chemical manufacturing. Experience reading and following work orders in a production setting. Ability to tolerate strong industrial odors produced during the vinyl manufacturing process. Pre-Employment Requirements Drug screen required. Background check required. E-Verify / work authorization required. Must communicate effectively in English. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and up to 25 lbs. frequently. Ability to work at a fast pace throughout the shift. Steel toe boots required (employee-provided). Benefits Weekly pay.
