This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, siding, decking, carpentry, or exterior renovations who can work independently, solve problems in the field, and help maintain high standards on every job. Responsibilities Perform and oversee siding, decking, fire-hardening, and exterior improvement projects Read and execute project scopes with minimal supervision Lead by example through quality workmanship and professionalism Help coordinate materials, job site organization, and daily workflow Train and assist less experienced crew members when needed Communicate effectively with project managers, homeowners, and team members Maintain safe, clean, and efficient job sites Identify and resolve job site issues before they become problems Requirements Strong construction experience with a proven track record of quality work Reliable transportation Ownership of basic construction and hand tools required Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field Dependable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Preferred Qualifications Experience with siding installation, decking, framing, or exterior remodeling Crew lead, foreman, or project leadership experience Ability to read plans, measurements, and project specifications Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Experience working directly with customers and homeowners Advancement Opportunity The right candidate may have the opportunity to step directly into a Crew Lead role based on experience, leadership ability, and performance.
