PM PST Hourly Pay:

$17•$19 per hour (based on skill set)

Bonus Structure:

Job Description:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to produce high-quality parts in a safe and efficient manner. This is an entry-level position, and we will provide the training and support you need to succeed. If you're looking for a hands-on role where you can learn new skills and be part of a team, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production. Inspect parts for quality and make necessary adjustments to machinery. Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of work. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements:

No prior machine operating experience required (training will be provided). Basic math skills and ability to read measurement tools. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and punctual with good work ethic.

Lifting requirements:

5-15 pounds Environment is in a warehouse setting.
