This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with precision tools and advanced machinery to produce custom wood components. As a Millworker, you'll be engaged in hands-on fabrication, assembly, and finishing processes that bring architectural and interior design visions to life. We're looking for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in woodworking, machining, and construction while contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Duties Operate a ripsaw Operate a moulder (set-up and break down) Knowledge of knife-grinding Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols in a manufacturing or warehouse setting Collaborate with team members on construction or carpentry projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks Experience Operate a ripsaw Operate a moulder (set-up and break down) Knowledge of knife-grinding Prior experience working with manufacturing equipment, CNC programming, or woodworking is highly preferred Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments required for precise craftsmanship Warehouse experience including forklift operation is beneficial but not mandatory; training can be provided Knowledge of carpentry, woodwork, machining processes, or construction environments will help you excel in this role Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately is essential for success Join us as a Millworker and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to craftsmanship excellence!
