Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced DTG, DTF and Embroidery Machine Printer with a strong background in printing. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience operating DTG printers, heat press and embroidery machines, with a proven track record of producing high-quality custom garments.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain DTG printers, DTF printing systems and embroidery machines to produce custom printed and embroidered garments. Set up machines according to design specifications, ensuring correct positioning, colors, and quality for each job. Handle DTF workflow, including printing, powder application, curing, and heat pressing onto garments. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance, including cleaning, troubleshooting, and replacing parts as needed. Inspect garments for quality assurance, ensuring prints and embroidery meet design and company standards. Prepare garments for printing, including pretreatment and proper loading onto machines. Manage production schedules to meet deadlines and prioritize orders based on urgency. Collaborate with the design team to ensure designs are print-ready and make necessary adjustments as needed. Keep a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols and procedures. Record and track inventory levels for materials, ensuring supplies are replenished as needed. Communicate effectively with the team and report any issues or delays in production.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in

DTG, DTF

printing and embroidery.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in operating and maintaining DTG printers, DTF systems and embroidery machines (e.g., Brother)

Detail-Oriented:

Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.

Time Management:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Team Player:

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus. Experience in screen printing or other garment printing methods is advantageous.
