$18.00 per hour

Shift:

Tuesday - Friday (4 10-hour shifts) Run the Gear. Earn the Check. Looking for a solid Machine Operator job close to home? What You'll Need 1+ years of food manufacturing experience Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality Day-to-Day Responsibilities Operate and monitor packaging machines according to standard operating procedures Set up machines at the start of shift and adjust settings during production as needed Load packaging materials and ensure correct product flow Perform quality checks to ensure products meet food safety and quality standards Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report any malfunctions to maintenance or supervision Accurately complete production, downtime, and quality documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and food‑safe work area Follow all GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and company safety guidelines Work efficiently to meet production goals and minimize downtime Assist with general production and sanitation duties as required
