Manufacturing Machine Operator(Gummy Production)
Location:
Rowland Heights, CA Pay Rate:
$18.50 per hour Shifts Available (Monday•Friday): 1st
Shift:
6:00 AM•2:30 PM 2nd
Shift:
2:00 PM•10:30 PM 3rd
Shift:
10:00 PM•6:30 AM Position Summary The Manufacturing Associate supports the production of gummy and nutraceutical products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures product quality, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Support setup activities and startup of manufacturing processes Assist with cooking, dosing, depositing, and post-processing of gummy products Complete and maintain batch records, logbooks, and related documentation accurately and on time Inspect product quality (texture, shape, color, and flavor) for consistency Monitor and control process parameters within specified ranges Participate in large-scale production of gummy and nutraceutical products Perform quality control checks throughout production Maintain inventory of raw materials and ensure availability for production Load and maintain raw ingredients into hoppers, tanks, and equipment Perform pre-weighing, batching, curing, and bulk packaging tasks Follow SOPs and cGMP standards to ensure compliance Support team members and ensure production schedules are met Qualifications Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to follow procedures, SOPs, and safety guidelines Good teamwork and communication skills Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
