As a TAP employee, you will learn about the exciting field of plastics and enjoy a job that provides variety in a creative working environment. We are hiring for a full-time Saw Operator for our Sacramento store.

Responsibilities:

Cut, drill, rout and polish sheet plastic to customer specifications. Operate and maintain table saws, band saws, and other shop equipment in compliance with safety rules. Maintain and organize shop area and follow all safety protocols. Stock (by unloading the delivery truck) and maintain orderly sheet racks.

Qualifications:

Tool experience (band saw, table saw, drill, router etc.) Good communication skills, and basic math skills (able to read tape measure). Ability to read diagrams and schematics. Previous table saw experience is preferred. Interest to learn fabrication Able to lift 50lbs consistently, and 75lbs occasionally.
