Role:
The Assembly role is critical in ensuring the accurate and efficient construction of products or components according to specified guidelines and quality standards. This position involves working closely with production teams to assemble parts, subassemblies, or finished products, contributing directly to the manufacturing process. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, using hand and power tools, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to prevent defects and ensure product reliability. Ultimately, this role supports the overall operational goals by delivering high-quality assembled products on schedule.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of mechanical assembly processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment. Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards. Basic knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting. Experience using hand and power tools in an industrial context. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Assemble components and products following detailed instructions and blueprints. Inspect parts and assemblies for defects or deviations from specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery safely and effectively. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Document assembly processes and complete required production records accurately.

The required skills such as reading technical drawings and manual dexterity are essential for accurately assembling components and ensuring product quality. Attention to detail helps identify defects early, reducing waste and rework. Physical stamina and the ability to safely operate tools are used daily to maintain productivity and workplace safety.
