Machine Operator

Adecco is looking for a reliable, hard-working Machine Operator to join our growing metal fabrication team. This role supports production by operating machinery, performing entry-level fabrication tasks, and maintaining safety and quality standards. This is a temporary position located in San Diego - Miramar area. Full-time, first shift position with a pay rate of $18.00.

• Responsibilities
• + Operate production machines and tools safely + Perform basic fabrication and metal finishing (deburring, shaping parts) + Inspect parts to specifications and assist with machine adjustments + Rotate between equipment to support production flow + Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
• Qualifications
• + Ability to read production documents and safety manuals + Basic math and communication skills + Manufacturing experience preferred, not required + Able to stand for 8-hour shifts and perform repetitive physical tasks + Dependable, punctual, and safety‑focused If you're hardworking, dependable, and ready to grow within a manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!
