This role supports production by operating machinery, performing entry-level fabrication tasks, and maintaining safety and quality standards. This is a temporary position located in San Diego - Miramar area. Full-time, first shift position with a pay rate of $18.00. Responsibilities Operate production machines and tools safely Perform basic fabrication and metal finishing (deburring, shaping parts) Inspect parts to specifications and assist with machine adjustments Rotate between equipment to support production flow Follow all safety procedures and work instructions Qualifications Ability to read production documents and safety manuals Basic math andmunication skills Manufacturing experience preferred, not required Able to stand for 8-hour shifts and perform repetitive physical tasks Dependable, punctual, and safety‑focused If you're hardworking, dependable, and ready to grow within a manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you! Pay Details:
