Feed the automated filling machine with batter products stored in stainless steel drums, ensuring a continuous and efficient flow of product into the machine. 2. Prepare the product by using an electrical stirrer or manual stainless steel paddles to remove air pockets, ensuring smooth consistency and quality of the batter before filling. 3. Feed plastic containers and lids into the filling machine at the appropriate intervals to ensure accurate packaging and minimize production delays. 4. Prepare and set up the date coding machine daily, ensuring the correct information is printed on all products before they are sealed. 5. Monitor and oversee the operation of robots used for shrink wrapping and palletizing, ensuring proper functioning and secure wrapping of products. 6. Move finished products to the cold room for storage, following appropriate safety and handling protocols to maintain product quality. 7. Provide an accurate count of packed items at the end of the shift for inventory and reporting purposes. 8. Work efficiently, ensuring that the production line operates smoothly without delays. 9. Collaborate with team members, taking lunch and other breaks together to optimize workflow and minimize time wastage. 1. Set up and operate the grinding machines to process wet grains according to specifications in small batches. 2. Mix batters by combining different ingredients in the correct proportions as per the recipe. 3. Ensure the grinding process is carried out to the specified product standards, and that the mixing is done in the right proportions as per the formula. 4. Transfer the mixed batter to the fermentation area, ensuring proper handling and timely delivery to the next stage. 5. Operate multiple grinding machines simultaneously, ensuring efficient machine use and minimizing downtime. 6. Work in a wet environment, as the grinding process involves water, and ensure all safety protocols are followed. 7. Clean the work area, including grinding machines, at the end of each shift to maintain hygiene and safety standards. 8. Follow standard operating procedures diligently, ensuring attention to detail and consistency in the repetitive process. 9. Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. of weight and push 75 lbs. or more on a wheel-mounted dolly as required during the production process. 10. Work collaboratively in a team environment, with the ability to adapt to changing tasks based on workload demands. 11. Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with co-workers to ensure smooth operations. 12. A food handler certificate is preferred to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
